My comments on tutoring Elementary Social Studies : I am skilled at teaching comprehension strategies for social studies, history and general topics. I teach ways to organize read material as well as how best to study for tests on the material.

I often use word games or riddles as rewards for good work. It motivates effort from my students and makes them listen more closely. With my esl students, I made sure to apply new words to their life in order to gain the most retention of the new vocabulary words. My comments on tutoring Elementary Social Studies : Kindergarten-3rd

I have been a kindergarten teacher for the last two years at a private school. I teach on an excelerated curriculum, so I teach a 1st grade curriculum.
