I have 30+ years of experience helping students with a variety of disabilities which include language disorders. My experience encompasses Early Childhood Special Education, Elementary, Middle, High School, and post-secondary. I have helped students with ADD/ADHD, Autism/Aspergers/PDD-NOS, learning disabilities, multiple disabilities, medically fragile, language impaired and ESL (English as a Second Language).
Students learn best when they feel safe to explore and learn from past mistakes. In fact, 'mistakes' should be viewed as opportunities to improve skills and learning strategies. A Little Bit About Me...

I have been caring for children of all ages for the last 9 years, which includes tutoring and metoring. I am also in my second year as a substitute teacher, in which I teach grades pre-k through 12th grade.
I believe that all children want and try to do their best, but sometimes need an extra push.
