Although I have no formal teaching experience, I do have been developing my teaching style for many years while I worked with the developmentally disabled. Every student learns in a different way, at a different pace, and much of the fun for me in the process of teaching is improvisation: discovering which methods work best for each student. I have been an educator for 24 years. I have never thought about doing anything else because I love teaching. I would describe my teaching style as ecclectic. Students learn in different ways which enables me to employ all kinds of methods to tap into any particular learning style.
