I have helped tutor since I was a freshman in high school. I began working with kindergarteners through third grade students on reading and writing. Throughout my sophomore year of high school I tutored middle school math students (ages 11-14) and helped to train our "Mathalon" team. My junior and senior years of high school I mostly helped biology students prepare for the regents exams, as well as continued in the after school reading program for kindergarteners and preschoolers. In college I began tutoring many students for the spanish regents exam and continued helping others prepare for their biology and chemistry regents exams. My comments on tutoring Geometry : Geometry is all about visualization. This can be challenging for some, but luckily all you need is guidance and practice, and it becomes easier very quickly! I am experienced in helping kids who need help processing some of the more complicated topics in geometry.
