I am a 21 year-old senior attending UW-Milwaukee. I will be graduated in December 2012 with a BA in Literary and Critical Studies with a minor in Philosophy. I believe the best way for students to learn is by doing and discovering the material hands on as oppose to being lectured to. I like to instruct demonstrate the learning material to my students intially, but after that i prefer to have my students try the material themselves so they can see and understand what aspects of the material they dont understand. Writing is one of my top subjects! I have personally always loved writing, and I extend that enthusiasm to my students. I begin with topics they enjoy which makes it easier to incorporate learning the structure of composing.
