I developed my passion for teaching others from a a pre-college program I was in called Upward Bound. I learned study skills, time management and other skills that helped me excel in college. After college graduation,i obtained a tutoring position with the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.I served as a mentor as well guiding them through the difficulties of high school and applying for college and financial aid. My next position was for Admission Possible. Admission Possible is a non profit organization whose main purpose is to get low income students into college. I was recently accepted into a Graduate Program and will soon start the long road to my Masters and PhD in History to some day be a History Professor.
