My approach to tutoring is to first find which specific area is causing each individual problems. Once we work on that area and master the concepts, I will then go back an work with each student to figure out a study strategy that will work for them long term. I began my experience teaching at a small school. I taught 7/8 grade general science, ninth grade earth and space science, and tenth grade biology. I worked at this school for two years, before relocating. I then worked with a tutoring service. I tutored elementary students in a private setting (in homes) in reading and math.
