I greatly enjoy finding a way to inspire a child to understand the problem at hand. Through from my experience in grade school and my observation of students that attend tough schools I've realized the monotonous class schedule and disciplinary philosophy of most schools deflates most student's desire to succeed. I instructed kids how to swim, dive, play various sports and gave dancing lessons to the guests. As a high school student I tutored 7th and 8th graders in an after school community center.
