Columbus Public Schools 1987-1997: During this time period, I taught at the high school, middle school, and elementary level. I then left formal education to stay home with my children. While at home raising my daughters, I did home tutoring from 1989-2006. I then returned to teaching by doing home instruction for Bloom-Carroll (2003-2004)and Fairfield Union (2005). I then did two long-term subbing jobs at Pickerington HS North and Lakeview Junior High School in Pickerington for Intervention Specialists (2006 & 2007). I am in my sixth year of teaching. I am one of nine third grade teachers at Miami Trace Elementary school for Miami Trace Local Schools. Previously, I taught at Wayne Elementary. I taught first grade for one year and third grade for the two years. I attended Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio.
