I believe that there is no such thing as one size fits all teaching. Every student learns in a different way, at a different pace, and much of the fun for me in the process of teaching is improvisation: discovering which methods work best for each student. I enjoy the challenge of working with children. My eldest daughter is a graduate of the University of Georgia and I have two teenagers currently in Middle and high school. If he/she had trouble with this, I would give hints allowing them to find the correct answer. I enjoy working with students of all ages. The great thing about tutoring is that instead of focusing on the needs of an entire class, the tutor can focus on the needs of one individual student. One thing I believe in with my teaching is to use a three prong method. Some students are visual learners, some are textual learners, and some are audio learners.
