I have tutored K-12 students, as well as college students. I tutor math for K-12 students and business courses and math for college students. I have a 100% success rate for the students I have tutored in my eight years of tutoring since 2004. I consider myself a facilitator, not an authoritarian. I ascribe to the principles set forth by Malcolm Knowels and Benjamin Bloom. I rely on the strength and motivation of the student. I hesitate to call myself "teacher." I think I serve better as a guide which, hopefully, leads his client not just to a more enlightend place, but also to the place the client wants to be, or had in mind in the first place.
