Completing a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics in less than four years took dedication and excellent study skills. So far, I have only tutored people in Calculus, and Physics, but I am comfortable with Differential Equations, Discrete Math, freshman Chemistry and Biology, and pretty much anything Computer Science related at the undergraduate level.

A Little Bit About Me...

I had been a teacher for 12 years engaging in a multitude of learning styles and methodology. I spent 6 years serving as principal at all levels. I was Director of Education for two years and then served as Superintendent of Schools for two districts for a total of 15 years. During that time I never lost connection with teaching, mentoring students from all levels of education and continued to teach in the classroom at least once a week. I was an adjunct professor for two years at Waynesburg University in Pennsylvania. I retired in 2009 to travel and photograph the country, while living in and RV. I miss teaching and have sought a position with your entity hoping to tutor while traveling America.

After receiving a BS in Business Administration from a liberal arts college, I worked for several years in the business world. The majority of my work experience has been in the banking and finance industry. It was through these experiences that I realized my true passion for learning could be shared through training and teaching. The past two years I have been studying to earn my teaching certification.
