I earned my BS in Political Science and obtained a MBA in 2008. I am currently working on my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I tutored students in an array of subjects from 1996-2000. I also tutored and mentored children at Burke Elementary School from 2005-2008. During the last 10 years I have worked with all levels of students, preschool through college levels. These areas include reading, math, english, psychology, science and social studies. I am a self starter and have worked with parents when I owned/operated my private daycare. In high school, I was the typical overachiever. I played varsity baseball, led many school organizations, and was at the top of my class. School, especially math subjects, came easy to me, but that is not the case with everyone. Therefore, I wanted to find a way to help students in these areas. I started tutoring in different after-school programs in New York City while in high school. I enjoyed it so much that even while in college, I continued tutoring and being a group counselor.
