A Little Bit About Me...

As a Delta State University alum, it does my heart joy to be able to give back to my community. While at Delta State, I earned a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and minored in Nutrition. I went on to work as an Abstinence Coordinator for a non-profit organization, Youth Opportunities Unlimited, Incorporated. I taught children and teens various awareness topics. After a year of working with Y.O.U., I was offered a teaching position at the Quitman County Elementary School. I have been there for the past three years. I tutor and hold interventions for all elementary grade level students daily in my vacant time slots. I mainly tutor reading and math.
