Elementary Phonics is one of my top subjects! I have 13 years in Elementary Education teaching K. I have an understanding of what is expected in the early grades.

I like to see where the student is and meet him there. Look at what needs to be taught and discover the best way to impart that learning to the individual child.
I have taught K for 13 years. I understand the value of one on one time, and that students are all different. Recently I spent 10 months teaching missionary children in Uganda. Based on previous experience I have discovered that the same teaching style does not work for every child.
