Nothing brings me more happiness that accomplishing a difficult task. I really enjoy seeing what I have overcome and the finished product of hard work and fortitude. Through tutoring, I want to extend that feeling to as many students as possible. I know that many people find mathematics to be extremely difficult, but I also know that with the right teacher we can learn anything. I will bring each student back to the basics until he or she understands them fully, then we can build a foundation of information and the more advanced material will not be so difficult. As a University of Richmond graduate, I earned a BA in business administration from the Robins School of Business, which is rated by The Princeton Review as one of the nation's top undergraduate business schools. Also, U of R is a liberal arts university, which means I have been educated at a high level in a variety of subjects, such as English, Math, Spanish, Art, and Science. My analytical and grammatical skills have been developed by the many essays, research papers, and presentations I have completed. I was a student athlete, which forced me to learn the value of time management, hard work, and dedication in order to excel both in the classroom and on the football field. I am generously patient and prefer to teach from the ground up, disallowing missed information or misunderstanding.
