Learning is a lifelong process!

My very first year of teaching was at the Lehigh Valley Performing Arts High School, and I also taught for two years at Northern Lehigh High School. Currently, I am resigned and staying home, but looking to work part time. I have experience teaching grades 7-12 and working with all types of students. The most important of the factors are the subject matter and the students learning style. The learning style of the student has to be considered when teaching. Helping a student learn requires finding the most effective method. You want to make sure they understand the subject matter while exposing them to other possible ways to approach difficult problems. You can provide tools not only for the problems they are having but preparing them to handle future difficulties. A Little Bit About Me...

I have a strong business background, with an MBA, CPA, and CIA. However, as a student at Susquehanna University, I also volunteered at least 2 days a week at a local preschool where I helped teach the students. In addition, I worked at a local elementary after-school program 2 days a week. I am currently pursuing my teaching certification through Drexel University.
While I enjoy business, working with children is my passion, hence why I am pursuing my teaching certification. I believe the best way to teach students any skill is to let them have hands on experience with it.
