My teaching style is one where I combine the approach that best suits the individual’s personal learning style with proven sound educational best practices. I have had successes with motivating students who usually do not like to read. I have been able to help them by meeting them where they are and then helping them to formulate and meet their own goals. I have high expectations of students; however, those expectations are tempered with a realistic assessment of what the student is actually capable of achieving.
