I have been a substitute teacher at the Inter Lake elementary school for over four years. I have owned a Math and Reading Center for 12 years from 1992 to July of 2005. I taught undergraduate Physics for 9 years at Colby College, a liberal arts college in Waterville, Maine. I emphasized both conceptual understanding and problem solving. Since Physics is a highly mathematical subject, I also taught a lot of Math techniques, including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus.
