Teaching comes easily to me especially with high school and college age students. I highly enjoy accelerated history, critical thinking and exploring the odd details of history. I tend to be a stern teacher with high expectations for students. This being said, I try my hardest to help students comprehend and understand the material being learned. I am fair and patient with others while also pushing them towards their goals. Outside sources and visual aids often are my strengths and work well to further illustrate the points at hand. Although I have recently graduated with a degree in business, I am interested in pursuing a career involving people. My previous employment was a sales position that was very customer-oriented. I also have 3 years of experience helping children by teaching swimming lessons. Assisting my 15-year-old sister with her school work is also a regular activity.
