Besides my formal education, I have helped many people while working for Disabled Student Services at Florida Community College at Jacksonville. I helped my blind boss understand the needs of her deaf students. I helped a disabled boy with Algebra and I helped my mom with her math when she went back to college. I also strongly believe that the learning environment needs to be fun and enjoyable. I also give my students small test throughout the class, and then give them an exam at the end.
