I have always loved working with young people and helping them achieve their potential. I have worked with mainstream and honors students to behavior disorder and severely cognitively impaired youth. I believe there are no throw-away kids and that given the right environment and opportunities, all students can learn. I have worked with the North Carolina Department of Human Resources, and aided/taught/mentored in the developmentally disabled and at-risk populations.
