I have my masters’ degree in Special Education, Mild to Moderate for K-8 grades (8/24/2009)at Cambridge College, My teaching experience range from resource room for Kindergarten, secluded classroom for developmentally delayed elementary level in Longmeadow, substitute teaching, summer school teacher and twelve years in early childhood. I am experienced with many types of special educational concerns of students from mild reading support to students in wheelchairs with augmentive communication devices. A Little Bit About Me...

I began my tutoring experience in the fall of 2009 with a program called Breakthrough Manchester. It serves underprivileged students in the area who do not have the resources to succeed. They ranged from grade 5 to 8. With Breakthrough I worked one-on-one with students as well as in a classroom setting in which I conducted my own lessons. I helped students with a variety of subjects such as science, math, social studies, geography, and even organizational skills. I worked with children from all walks of life, including kids with disabilities. During my time at Breakthrough I also spent two days a week tutoring mentally disabled adults. I helped them with basic math and reading skills, as well as life skills.

Art and education has always played an integral part in my life, as witnessed by my college degree and professional career. My BA degree in film from Emerson College provided me the opportunity to successfully create, critique, and study art. Post graduation, I was hired immediately by the Worcester Art Museum. I have over three years experience as at the Worcester Art Museum, including over fifty classes as art Instructor and thirty as substitute and Teacher Assistant.
