My comments on tutoring Painting : I have recently become very passionate about painting and would love the opportunity to share with others the knowledge I have. Watercolor and Acrylics.

I will not teach anything in a boring manner. Learning is more successful when it is fun, interesting, surprising . . . I do believe there is a right way to go about finding a good, creative solution. I learned it from the best and stand behind it always.
From a young age, I had the ability to observe things, study things, look at things. Little did I know that would be a fledgling foundation in the visual arts. Currently, I am finishing my second year of teaching at the High School level. I am very personable and easy to get along with. My teaching style is relational. I think that students learn best when they are allowed to explore and find the tools that really work for them, I am happy to help students learn in this way and am very patient. I have high standards and believe in hard work and the pursuit of excellence.
I personally designed my undergraduate degree. I believe this shows the value I place on personal initiative in education. I have experience in teaching reading and writing to elementary school students. I also have experience tutoring my peers in reading, writing, art and literature. In my spare time I write fiction and creative non-fiction for a writer's group.
