While earning my MA in English, I spent two years tutoring students in English and training/mentoring other tutors. For the last two years, I have been designing and delivering trianing curriculum. I have plans to return to Middle Tennessee State University in January 2012 to earn my PhD in Math and Science Education.
I love helping people, particularly children, reach their full potential by becoming life-long learners. A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style centers around the idea that every kid learns differently. Some understand pictures better some words. Either way someone learns, they stay focused through fun, enthusiastic teaching. I am 31, a Nashville native and recently married. In 2001, I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Social Work. In 2008, I earned a Master of Divinity by studying theology and translating ancient Greek and Hebrew. This required writing many research papers. Last year I lived in Turkey, located north of Egypt.
