I would say my teaching style is more relaxed. I believe this helps one see students weaknesses and strengths better. It also allows one to compare the overall effect of teaching for each student. When I see a student falling behind then thats when I take action and try top get them where they should be in that area.

Most of my experience is working with students who have issues beyond a normal student whether it be learning disabilities, behavior problems,or emotional/phsychological issues. I have taught in many alternative school settings, but I have also taught in main stream schools, both public and private.
