A Little Bit About Me...

I had no intention of teaching when I started my career in Psychology and the Analytical Chemistry industry. I continuously tried to improve my methadology to arrive at the right mix of stimulation and information to make the learning process as interesting as possible. Teaching the Physics of Xrays and chemical analysis does challenge one to keep assessing the learned content and modify as results indicate. The results of effective teaching and learning start with asking questions about the purpose of the instructions, how will the results of the learning be measured, and what is educational level of the students? My mother currently works with children with learning disabilities at an Elementary School. From time to time I go to work with her and assist her students with whatever they are currently working on. I understand that everyone learns in different ways. I think that it is a teacher's responsibility to reach a student by the way they learn.
