I began working in the field of education nearly 4 years ago. I began to substitute and found that I enjoyed working with high school aged students. I am a very motivating person and tend to use humor as a method of teaching. I teach to and with the child and never down to him/her. I break large components into their simplest forms so that a child learns to take things one step at a time and not feel overwhelmed.
