I double-majored in biology in chemistry in undergrad, so the field of science and medicine is my first love and my strength. I have also received a Masters of Public Health Degree in Epidemiology, and have since completed my 2nd year of medical school. I have always had a strong affinity for math and english as well. I have a published thesis paper that was constructed and presented as required for my masters curriculum. I have been tutoring since I was in high school, and have tutored elementary to college level courses.
I have a relaxed, stress-free teaching style, while staying on task and topic. I make sure the pupils really understand the material by breaking things down to the basics, and reviewing the foundations. Bio Chemistry is one of my top subjects! Both undergrad and medical level of education related to bio chem. One of my favorite subjects. Bio chem is an interesting field of study because it intergrates many disciplines of science to explain how and why things occur in the human body. It is fundemental to gaining a higher understanding of how the chemicals we produce and intake ultimately create the cellular activity that keeps the human machine functioning.

Have tutored since 1999. BS in biology as well as medical degree with two years surgical/medical resident training. Have had to utilize knowledge of biologic sciences on a daily basis for 16 years. Have tutored/taught countless undergrads and medical students as well as patients. Able to communicate effectively with people from any socio economic background. Have educated students/patients ranging from billionaires to the homeless. Everyone is able to learn, it's only a matter of finding a teaching style that will benefit them the most.
