I have worked with Middle School age youth for almost a decade. I am Site Coordinator at an after school program & run a science focused club there. I also occasionally help the students who have been removed from our Homework Room with a number of subjects. I enjoy imparting my knowledge to my students via a variety of hands on learning activities and have always been a keen math, science and language arts student myself. My goal is to make sure that none of the children I tutor feel inferior to anyone else in their skills. Slow learners require a few tricks along the way such as nmonic devices or other reading assistant tools. All children have the ability to do whatever they dream of, a helping hand in the right direction and some patients is all it takes. As for computer teaching, a hands on experience is the way to go.
