In my nineteen years experience in teaching and educational administration I have had the opportunity to engage students, ages from ten to adult, located in the United States public school systems as well as the U. S. Navy and Mexico in rewarding learning experiences. I am certified in the state of North Carolina as well as by the National Board of Professional Teachers to teach all areas of the science curriculum; Earth/Environmental, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at the middle and high school level. I am also certified to teach social studies at the middle school level. While an officer in the U.S. Navy as well as a volunteer in the Mexican government program "Pro-Mexico" I provided extensive group and individual tutoring in English and composition writing.
