I have taught AP Physics, AP Biology, Chemistry, and Ecology for 10 years, taught MG Science, 5th grade, Kindergarten and Pre-K. I am GA State certified and on the state Literacy/Comprehension Board, and Special Ed endorsed. I have tutored all levels of students to include gifted, ELL, ESOL, and special challenged students. Subjects taught include from Pre-K math, reading comprehension, phonics, to elementary ed all subjects, to Middle school and High School science and math subjects. As a child of two educators, it has always been my passion to teach. I have completed my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and am currently working on my Masters degree, also in Early Childhood. More About This Tutor...

Over the past ten years I have gained experience in education. As a high school student I volunteered to work at a couple schools. Shortly thereafter I began working as an after school tutor. I've worked in summer camps and currently work as a substitute teacher.
My teaching style is simple, whatever it takes! Working in the school system has given me the opportunity to work with all types of learners. Some students do well with a quick learning session, others work at a slower pace. I believe that teachers should work in conjunction with parents to tap into the nature of their childs learning habits and then utilize this information to make a comprehensive plan of action.
