I am not young enough to know everything

I agree with the concept that each person learns a bit differently, and even more so that as a tutor, I should try and find the most effective style for my tutee. My academic career also taught me the importance of setting time limits for each action item; and switching tasks to keep the mind sharp.

My comments on tutoring Elementary Social Studies : I am a certified K-8 elementary teacher and have taught for 8 years. I have taught Social Studies at many elementary levels.

Teaching has always been my passion. From babysitting to leading summer camps, I have always enjoyed helping children learn.
