I love using different styles of teaching to see which way each individual learns best. I believe all students are capable of learning the same curriculum, but may need to be shown or approached in different ways. I love watching and learning from children. I believe that learning is closely related to confidence. I like to take the time to get to know children and understand what they like so that I can better understand how their brain works and how they process information. In understanding what they like, this gives me the ability to let them show me something new. The best way that I retained information in college was to teach someone else what I was studying.
