I have a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, minor in Environmental Engineering, and am currently enrolled in graduate school to pursue a M.S. in Sustainable Engineering. I have extensive research experience in these fields, and am most interested in improving the standard of living of those in need. I have worked on several projects, in the U.S. and abroad, incorporating sustainable energy and improving health conditions. Currently I am on the Technology Innovation Development Committee with AHEAD Energy Corporation and working to implement solar technologies in communities in Uganda. I enjoy working with students individually, because it really is true that no two students learn in exactly the same way. I like to first see what my students know and then take corrective steps after establishing a base. I am patient and attempt to make learning fun for my students.
I recently obtained a Bachelors of Science in Biological and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. As an engineer I have very strong analytical and problem solving skills.
