My teaching style tends to be structured in the beginning as I get to know each students strengths and weaknesses and then adapts to each persons needs. I believe that everyone has their own learning style and try to present the material in a manner that encompasses auditory instruction, visual aids, as well as, hands on experience. The benefit of science as a subject matter is that what we know science has been found through hands on experiments. I feel that my largest teaching strength is the ability to identify where students are having problems and address those issues first.
