A Little Bit About Me...
I graduated with a 4-year degree in Mech. Eng. in 1997. I was very successful for the next 12 years, in various positions.
In 2009, I changed to the IT field. As an engineer and thereafter, I mentored many friends, colleagues, and friends of friends with computers. I am familiar with MS Windows, but I plan to learn about MAC PCs soon. I know I can help any user find a better way to operate the computer. I have read reference books and software manuals to educate myself on technology. Also, my engineering background has benefited me in a way that makes learning about new technologies seems to be a natural and quick process.
