I did masters in Math from Lucknow University India in 1983 and then again another Masters from Canada ( University of Western Ontario ) in Statistics 1n 1989. A Little Bit About Me...

I have taught Genetics at University of Nebraska Omaha and been a lab instructor for general biology and Microbiology during my PhD program at UNL. Currently I am a Post Doctoral Research Assistant/Lab Manager at UNL and I am co-mentoring 6 graduate students and 2 undergraduate students. In the past I have tutored many students in subjects ranging from Algebra to Biology to Graduate Level Cell Biology Classes.
My teaching style focuses on making sure students understand the bigger picture and not just memorizing a few facts. I work hard to make problems and tests less intimating and ease students stress levels when working with them. The thing I enjoy most about teaching is seeing a concept "click" in a child's head. I feel that this is possible with all children if the right strategy is used to teach them.
