I strive to promote tolerance and cultural understanding. I believe it is easier for younger children than for adults. I believe many students, especially children, open up and respond better to teaching when in a one-on-one situation than they do in a group setting. My goal is to work with students individually to help them maximize their potential. I also like working closely with the students to build a sense of community and to foster a caring relationship.
My main work experience is as a teacher of English as a Foreign/Second Language. From an early age, I was driven to understand cultural differences.
