These are in part “taught” but also developed by recognition and support of inborn talents. Operative use of vocabulary is also imperative to the development of both writing and speaking skills. Practice is as much a key to success as it is in sports, music, or in any discipline. Research is an important tool in the process of effective writing as well as speaking. Being exposed and working at different school districts and states allowed me to learn different styles, therefore, I was able to evaluate what works and adapt the techniques to my own style.
