Starting as a part time peer tutor at the Lehigh Carbon Community College and then moving to Kaplan Premier as an SAT Math tutor, and later to full time Math teacher in Northeast Philadelphia, PA, I enjoyed working with students of all levels and ages. Every student has a potential to learn and grow at his or her own rate. I work with students at their current levels and build on what they already know in order to fill any gaps necessary for their advancement as I introduce new concepts and problems to understand and solve.

In work experience, I have 4 years of management experience including coaching/teaching/training other employees, I also have 1.25 years of experience at a professional level as a Training Administrator, designing instructional material and implementing it throughout a 800 employee facility. This includes teaching classes and performing hands-on training on a daily basis.
