A Little Bit About Me...

I graduated from UT Austin with a BS physics and BA mathematics. I still study both subjects independently to be ready for graduate school. I have held a job in both IT and Engineering where I have used my skills to mentor others on these topics. I have spoken spanish since I started speaking and CLEP'd out of Spanish IV at UT Austin with an A to meet the language requirements. I have been playing guitar since 1987. I used to play in a band from 1991 - 1995 and learned to read and write music from when I played the alto saxophone in H.S. marching band.
I have taught problem solving to many friends and family. I like to explain the foundations of what they're trying to learn and most importantly explain to them why they're learning it. During my graduate school at The University of Texas at Austin, I have worked for 3 semesters as a teaching assistant for sophomore programming class. My work involved 3 hours of teaching a week, designing lab assignments and 12 hours of office hours a week to help/tutor students with assignments. I have very strong background in Math and Physics. I enjoy teaching, especially when it involves technical concepts. I work in processor design at Intel (been working for 15 months).
