I am highly familiar with the culture and have provided successful German instruction to immigrants while I was living in Germany. German is one of my top subjects! I began learning German as a child, learned throughout intermediate, high school, and college. Having hosted a German foreign exchange student in high school really boosted my conversational proficiency as well as improved my accent. Having visited Germany 3 times also has helped to boost my fluency.

I have been fluent in conversational German for 27 years, having first learned as a child, continuing my learning formally through all measures of schooling having studied the language for 9 years in all. While I was in still in high school I began helping other students with their German assignments, translations, dialects pronounciations, and grammar. I tutored throughout college as well.
