I have always been passionate about science, especially chemistry. Not only do I love the research or hands on aspects of chemistry, but also the fundamental “rules.” A strong knowledge of these fundamentals allows one to do really cool things in science. I obtained my B.S. in Chemistry from Clarkson University in 1999 and then earned my Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from The Ohio State University in 2004. Whenever a game can help solidify ideas, it is utilized and learning is always fun. Children reach benchmarks, such as reading independently and math computation at different rates, so it's important to be consistent but very patient and encouraging.
