I think it is more important to understand the student than to understand the material. If a student is failing to learn, it is less often the material itself and more often the way it is being presented. A Little Bit About Me...

While studying for my undergrad in economics I found a passion in helping others succeed as I was. I often held study sessions with groups ranging from 2- 10 people at least twice a week. When during these sessions if an individual felt lost, I would often meet with them at a later date to coach them separately.
