Math tutor. All levels of high school math and ACT prep

Working one on one or in small groups always benefits the students more than the classroom enviroment.
I have been teaching math since 1986. I have experience in all levels of high school math, including 7 years of teaching Advanced Placement College level classes. Currently I am teaching Geometry, trigonometry and AP Statistics at St Benedict High School in Cordova. I have degrees in Mathematical Sciences and Statistics. I am not currently teaching Algebra or Pre-Cal, but I have several times am very proficient in these subjects. I also offer ACT prep tutoring.

I took 5 math classes in high school with 2 at the honors level. In undergrad I was 1 or 2 classes short of having a minor in math. I also helped friends who struggled in their respective math classes. I went on to use this education to help me earn my master's degree in business. I still use math in some form on a daily basis.

I have also authored ACT test items and units for various textbook companies. I design, and deliver workshops for teachers across the state of Mississippi as a teacher/consultant for the National Writing Project.
