Learning is a life-long endevour.

I have taught Spanish as well as tutored people in Spanish, music (guitar) and English composition. Also, I have some experience with teaching English as a Second Language. I taught beginning level Spanish to 8-12 graders for one year. I grew up in Jamaica and my formal years of education were under the british system. This sytem was very student friendly and much emphasis was placed on learning and not testing. I have earned a Bachelors degree double major in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of the West Indies Jamaica. A masters degree in Science Education 5-12 from Western Governors University Utah. I also completed my teacher education requirements at University of North Carolina Pembroke. I have two semesters left in order to complete my B.S., in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry, at UCF. I have worked in the S.E.S. program in Orlando, FL since ALC opened an office locally there. I assisted the regional manager in the operations of the company. I also worked as their top tutor in a supervisory position.
