During the past 6 years, I have extensive experiences as a substitute teacher in the public school systems in both CT and FL. I have been professionally painting landscapes and portraits since 1972 with over 15 years experience in teaching workshops and art instruction in the United States and in Italy. I went from the Boston Public Schools to Commonwealth School and then Wellesley College, and would have been lost, early on, without help from tutors. I majored in English and Russian and work with several communities for whom English is not their first language.
