My usual style is to first let you work through a problem as best as you can. This helps identify problem areas which we can work on together. After going through examples aimed specifically at increasing ability in those issues, we can try a similar problem. I try to relate to the children as best as I can and make the learning fun for them whenever possible. I am easy going, polite and helpful. I began working as a counselor/activities director for a summer recreational program in 2004 which allowed me to realize that working with kids is what I want to do.
