Children can become unfocused very easily. When children are distracted it may be very difficult to get them focused. Taking your time and making sure they refocus, can actually save time. I have an Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor degree in Mathematics Education. I was a math tutor and math teaching assistant at Daemen College. I completed two student teaching placements in mathematics classrooms during my education. I also completed a volunteer experience at Seneca Babcock Preschool where I aided the teacher in helping the children learn colors and numbers. When I was a senior in high school, I taught Spanish to 2nd graders for a semester long project.
